LORD..
Lately I've been so far far away from YOU
I depend more on other things but YOU
I've been looking for attention, and
I've been craving for affection
from the world around me
I've cared more about what people say instead of YOUR words

I had pride, but not peace
I had love, but not full and whole

When the voices around me are going so noisily,
crowding and confusing my heart and mind,
I realize that what I really need is YOU

I need to kneel down and listen to YOU
I need to spend more time with YOU, Jesus, My Saviour

LORD...
Please draw me closer to YOU again
Hold me tight, don't ever let me go
Help me to struggle, and to hold on YOU
Until the end of my days

Help me, O LORD, to be strong and lean on YOU
to be a blessing, reflect YOUR light to the world
Please come, O LORD, and I'll be with YOU eternally
